1. Return Policy
Any water dispensers or water coolers purchased from our official website (www.pereocean.com) can be returned within 7 days upon goods received only for defective or damaged items. Request for return of any item due to change of mind is not allowed.
For other reasons, please return the items in their original packaging as much as possible. It would be advisable to wrap it in another layer of external packaging like plastic to avoid damages during transportation.
For all returns, you will need to include any of the following that comes together with your item in order for the return to be processed:
Any other dispenser accessories i.e. filters, cupholders
**Important Note: Pere Ocean reserves the right to decline the return and any request for an exchange if it does not meet the above requirements for returns.
2. Replacement for Valid Returned Items
Pere Ocean currently offers replacements or the exchanging of water dispenser purchased from our official website (www.pereocean.com) if it is still within the Return Policy period. All returns are subject to a verification process.

Yes, returning an item purchased from our official website (www.pereocean.com) is free of charge.
4. Return Process
For purchases made on our official website (www.pereocean.com), you will submit Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form via your account (refer below). We will evaluate and verify if the return request is valid and we will contact you to make the necessary arrangement.
