  • 1. HOW TO CLEAN MY WATER DISPENSER?

  • Step 1: Clean outer surfaces with a soft damp cloth.
    Step 2: Wipe dust from the back of the dispenser.
    Step 3: Remove the drip tray by pulling it forward and remove the cover. Wipe parts clean with a damp soft cloth.

    **Important Note: Instructions applicable to bottled water dispenser and direct piping water dispenser.
  • 2. HOW TO REMOVE MY EMPTY BOTTLE & REPLACE WITH A NEW BOTTLE?

  • Top Load Bottled Water Dispenser

  • Step 1: Clean bottle cap and neck with a soft damp cloth.
    Step 2: Remove tamper seal on bottle cap (DO NOT remove plastic cap).
    Step 3: Insert bottle onto the probe. Apply slight pressure until the plug inside the cap dislodges. Water bubbles will form as water flow into the reservoirs.

  • Step 1: Clean bottle cap and neck with a soft damp cloth.
    Step 2: Remove the plastic cap fully.
    Step 3: Insert the suction tube into the bottle.
    Step 4: Slide the bottle into the bottom compartment.

  • 3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY WATER DISPENSER IS LEAKING?

  • Top Load Bottled Water Dispenser

  • Step 1: Remove the bottled water (i.e. 8L, 10L or 19L) from the water dispenser.
    Step 2: Drain out 3 to 4 cups of water from the water dispenser and put in a new bottle.
    Step 3: Wait for 15 minutes and observe for signs of leakages.
    Step 4: If there is no more leakage, label the leaking bottle.
  • Bottom Load Bottled Water Dispenser

  • Step 1: Remove the bottled water (i.e. 8L, 10L or 19L) from the water dispenser.
    Step 2: Drain out 3 to 4 cups of water from the water dispenser and put in a new bottle.
    Step 3: Wait for 15 minutes and observe for signs of leakages.
    Step 4: If there is no more leakage, label the leaking bottle.
  • 4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY WATER DISPENSER CAN DISPENSE WATER, BUT IT IS NOT HOT AND NOT COLD?

  • Step 1: Check and ensure all cables on dispenser are intact and not loose.
    Step 2: Check and ensure the power switch on the wall and power switch on dispenser are switched on.
    Step 3: Wait for 15 minutes before trying to dispense hot and cold water.

    **Important Note: Instructions applicable to bottled water dispenser and direct piping water dispenser.
  • 4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY BOTTLED WATER DISPENSER DOES NOT DISPENSE ANY WATER / HAS NO WATER FLOW?

  • Top Load Bottled Water Dispenser

  • Step 1: Remove the bottled water (i.e. 8L, 10L or 19L) from your water dispenser.
    Step 2: Drain out 3 to 4 cups of water from the water dispenser and put in a new bottle.
    Step 3: Wait for the water to fill up or until bubbling stops, before trying to dispense hot and cold water.
  • Bottom Load Bottled Water Dispenser

  • Step 1: Check and ensure the power switch** on the wall is switched on.
    Step 2: Check and ensure the pump switch is switched on.
    Step 3: Wait for 15 minutes before trying to dispense hot and cold water.

    **Important Note: Pump switch location varies according to dispenser type.
  • 5. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DRIP TRAY IS OVERFLOWING WITH WATER?

  • Our drip trays are designed to catch drips of water and may need to be emptied periodically.
  • 6. HOW TO DISPENSE HOT WATER USING GOLD LABEL WATER DISPENSERS?

  • 1) Press and hold the red button to release safety lock
    2) Push in lever with cup or bottle to dispense water
    3) Release the red button and continue to dispense water to the desired amount
    4) Release the lever to stop dispensing hot water
