- A web portal dedicated to our existing customers whereby you could order water, make a payment and view "Statement of Accounts" as well as order history.
2. Register for Customer Portal Account
- Before you can log into the web portal, kindly ensure that your email address or mobile number is already registered in our system.
3. Ordering Channels
- To replenish water / for the subsequent order, kindly provide your account code and send to one of the following channels:

4. Standing Order Service
- Customers with consistent demand are encouraged to opt for our Standing Order Service whereby we deliver automatically and systematically according to agreed schedule. For any further questions, simply drop us an email (email@example.com).
5. Change of Particulars
- Simply submit your request when there are changes in the following information; person-in-charge, address, company name or contact number. We will update within 1-3 working days.
6. Delivery Lead Time
- We will try to deliver within 1-3 working days unless during peak periods or public holidays. We do not do any same day delivery.
7. Delivery Status
- Simply drop us a Whatsapp message (90186099) to check on your delivery status or timing.
8. No-Delivery Locations
- We deliver only to lift accessible locations. We do not deliver to locations with staircase or no lift access. Alternatively, you can choose to self-collect this item from our office.
9. Shipping Fee
- Zero dollar ($0). We do not charge any shipping fees for delivery that meets the minimum delivery requirements.
10. Logistic Service Provider
- All goods are delivered by our own logistics team.

- All water dispensers purchased directly from us includes basic warranty coverage of 1 year. You may request to extend the warranty period. Additional charges will apply.
2. On-Site Support
- It will depend on the issue on hand. Our customer service staff will first guide customers with self-help steps. If problem persists, we will arrange for a technician to go down to your premises. The earliest schedule would be the next working day. Additional charges may apply.
3. Technical Support
- Simply send us a picture of your issue via Whatsapp (9018-1636) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).

scanning the QR code printed in our invoices, or
