    Inform us atleast 1 working day before scheduled delivery date. Request must be made before 3:00PM.

    1 to 3 working days for changes to be updated & reflected in the system.

  • 7. Refundable Deposit

    Additional refundable deposit required to protect our 19L/ 10L bottles against damage, misuse/ loss. The listed product price for bottled water dispenser doesn't include the refundable deposit.

  • 10. Delivery Lead Time

    We will try to deliver within 1-3 working days unless during peak periods/ public holidays. We don't do same day delivery.

  • 11. No-Delivery Locations

    We deliver to locations that don't require walk up/ climb stairs. Alternatively, you may self-collect at our warehouse on the next working day.

  • 12. Delivery Charges

    We don't charge any shipping fees if delivery meets the minimum delivery requirements.

  • 1. Proper Bottled Water Storage

    check Always place the bottles in a sheltered & cool area
     
    clear Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
    clear Avoid placing the bottles near a stove/ hot area

  • 2. Prevent Bottled Water Contamination

    We recyle our 10L & 19L bottles therefore we're against actions that will contaminate our bottles & undermine our water quality.

  • 3. Basic Cleaning of Water Dispenser/ Water Purifier

    You can do a simple cleaning whenever there are dust, stains/ spills.

    How Frequent Should You Clean?
    check_circle Many users & dusty environment? Clean daily.
    check_circle Spilled sweet beverages? Clean immediately.

    Wipe dust from the back of the dispenser.

    Remove the drip tray by pulling it forward. Wipe parts clean with a damp soft cloth.

  • 4. General Servicing

    On top of the simple cleaning that you do on a daily basis, you can also request for general servicing from us whereby we'll collect and/or dismantle your water dispenser to clean the internal as well as the external parts. Advisable to do general servicing minimum once a year.

  • 5. Water Filtration System

    Bottled Water Dispenser

  • 6. Filter Change

    looks_one What Type of Dispenser Requires Filter Change? Only direct piping water dispenser, water purifier & water cooler.
    looks_two Who Can Change the Filter? Recommended to be done by a technically trained staff.
     
    looks_3 How Frequent to Change the Filters? Depends on usage, location & water dispenser model. Minimum once a year.

  • 9. Change/ Replace to a New Bottle

    Top Load/ Floor Standing Bottled Water Dispenser

    Step 1
    Clean bottle cap & neck with a soft damp cloth.
     
    Step 2
    Remove tamper seal on bottle cap. Insert bottle onto the probe.  
    Step 3
    Apply slight pressure until the plug inside the cap dislodges.

    Bottom Load Bottled Water Dispenser

    Step 1
    Clean bottle cap & neck with a soft damp cloth. 
     
    Step 2
    Remove the plastic cap fully. Insert the suction tube into the bottle.
    Step 3
    Slide the new bottle into the bottom compartment.
     

  • 10. Leaking

    Top Load/ Floor Standing Bottled Water Dispenser

    Commonly caused by leaking water bottle & not the water dispenser itself.
    Step 1
    Switch off the power & remove the bottle from the dispenser.
    Note: Do NOT use the same bottle again.

     
     
    Step 2
    Dispense all water from the blue tap & dry up the pointer area using dry cloth/ tissue.
    Note: Label leaking bottle & inform us for bottle replacement.
    Step 3
    Put in a new bottle & wait for 10 minutes before switching on the power.
     
     
     
     
     

    Bottom Load Bottled Water Dispenser

    Includes leaking of direct piping water dispenser, water purifier, water cooler & taps.
    Step 1
    Switch off the power & remove the bottle from the dispenser.
    Note: Switch off the water valve for water coolers & water purifiers.

  • 11. Water Not Hot / Not Cold

    Check all cables on dispenser are intact & not loose.

    Check power switch on the wall & dispenser are switched on.

    Check that the hot/ cold switch is switched on.
